| Scope of work: |
1. To resource candidates for trainings /courses /placement

3. To sell short-term corporate trainings to individuals and clients.

| Financial benefits: |
1. 10% to 15% of fee amount against all trainings & courses referred.
2. 5% of each placement reference if candidate selected by client
3. 15% to 25% of short-term corporate trainings.
4. Different benefits plans against each scheme declared periodically. |
