Temping

Temping is a relationship between the Employees, Client Company and temping company.

• The Employees provides services to the Client
• The Client Company and the Temping Company sign a service level agreement
• The Employees and the temping Company have an employment relationship

Client and the temping company are bonded through a Service Agreement. This agreement establishes relationship between employees, Client & temping company, where by the Temping Company acts as an employer for the employees who works at the client’s location. Under this agreement the temping company becomes responsible for the recruitment & joining process, personnel administration and fulfillment of all employment related government regulations, whereas the client retains the employee’s services in its company and remains the employer for various other purposes.

• The duration of contract could be Short term, long term and part time assignments base
• Option of absorption on completion of the assignment is available
