The Client Company and the Temping Company sign a service level agreement
The Employees and the temping Company have an employment relationship

Client and the temping company are bonded through a Service Agreement. This agreement establishes relationship between employees, Client & temping company, where by the Temping Company acts as an employer for the employees who works at the clients location. Under this agreement the temping company becomes responsible for the recruitment & joining process, personnel administration and fulfillment of all employment related government regulations, whereas the client retains the employees services in its company and remains the employer for various other purposes. |

| Temping through T2P |
T2P will identify and recruit the employees as per the requirements & needs of the clients and deploy them to the client's locations
T2P will maintain Payroll of the employees recruited by T2P for client
To establish the co - employment relationship between the client, employees and T2P
Manage Administration, HR and government regulatory compliances
The duration of contract could be Short term, long term and part time assignments base
Option of absorption on completion of the assignment is available |
